We're open 7 days a week! Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Summer hours may extend for last-minute bookings. Give us a call or text anytime during these hours.

We operate from multiple locations across South Florida including Miami Beach Marina, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, and Coral Gables. After booking, we'll confirm your preferred launch location based on availability and your location preferences.

We highly recommend reservations, especially during peak season (March-August) and weekends. Summer Saturdays book up weeks in advance. While walk-ins may be possible based on availability, calling ahead guarantees you'll get the experience you want.

Yes, you need a valid driver's license (US or international) and must be 18+ years old to operate our jet skis. If you don't have a license, no problem! You can ride as a passenger, or we can arrange for a captain to accompany you for an additional fee.

Absolutely! Each jet ski can accommodate up to 2 riders. Passengers of any age are welcome, but children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Life jackets for all passengers, including kids, are provided at no extra cost.

Every rental includes a comprehensive 5-10 minute safety briefing covering: jet ski controls, hand signals for communication, waterway rules and navigation, what to do in emergencies, and best practices for a safe, fun ride. Our team is always available for any questions before and during your rental.

Not at all! That's the beauty of a crewed charter. Your professional USCG-certified captain handles all navigation, docking, and seamanship. You just relax, enjoy the views, bring your favorite food and drinks, and have an amazing time. Zero experience required.

Yes! BYOB is always welcome on our yacht charters. Bring your favorite beer, wine, champagne, or whatever you prefer. We provide ice, cups, and a cooler to keep everything cold. Feel free to bring a full cooler of food too — there's plenty of space on board!

Safety is always our top priority. If we determine conditions are unsafe (severe thunderstorms, high winds, rough seas), we'll work with you to reschedule your charter at no extra cost or issue a full refund. We monitor weather closely and will contact you proactively if any changes are needed. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded.

Jet skis: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before for a full refund.
Yachts: Cancel up to 7 days before for a full refund.
Weather: Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded, no questions asked.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash, and digital payments. For yacht charters, we typically collect a 25% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due on the day of your charter.
